IB operates on construction sites in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Customers have a choice of two offices – one in Boran near Paris and a second in Brumath near Strasbourg.

Known as CINOR until 2006, the Brumath subsidiary has 50 years’ experience with precast and turnkey construction projects in Germany.

IB Brumath is still responsible for the German market, but also looks after German customers who want to build in France.

Along with 40 construction staff, Brumath has its own engineering office, installation crews and site managers. The plant in Brumath is subject to German quality control, so the precast elements can be installed in Germany without the need for additional approvals. The in-house engineering team provides efficient support to clients in every phase of the planning process.

IB Brumath provides you with a German-speaking project manager so that you can manage your project smoothly in German.

If required, IB Brumath can also look after your whole project, from planning, approvals and execution right up to the turnkey handover.

FAURECIA IN NEUENSTADT

In 2002, French company FAURECIA, one of Europe’s leading automotive suppliers, opened a factory for car seats in Neuenstadt near Heilbronn in order to supply German car manufacturers, primarily AUDI.

BONDUELLE IN STRAELEN

In 2003, the agricultural cooperative NBV/UGA built a production facility for fresh salad produce in Straelen near the Dutch border. It was built for the French company Bonduelle, Europe’s market leader for vegetable and salad products, in order to supply the German market.
